Flat Tummy Lifestyle is a fitness and nutrition app designed for women looking for a simple and effective way to start and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
With over 450+ workouts, 1000+ recipes, and meal plans designed for different diet types - we want to help women achieve their ultimate fitness, weight loss, and health goals.

How do I sign up?

It’s easy, babe! First things first, you just need to download our app! You can find the Flat Tummy App by searching for us directly on the App Store or Google Play.

Is the Flat Tummy Lifestyle app free?

Our Flat Tummy Lifestyle app is FREE to download. We also offer a 7 Day Free Trial so you can try it for yourself - and you can cancel anytime. If you’re absolutely loving it, then we offer Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime plans!

When will I see results?

Visibility of results will differ from person to person. Although, it’s not uncommon to start noticing some changes sooner rather than later! But it’s important to understand that this app isn’t about quick fixes- it’s a lifestyle change. We want to help you start getting results, and we’re all about a healthy balance to achieve our personal fitness goals. So whether your results are reflected in numbers on a scale, in physical changes, or emotional changes - it all depends on YOU.

Is it safe to complete workouts in the Flat Tummy Lifestyle app if I’m pregnant?

While our workouts don’t require any equipment or any heavy lifting, you should always consult with your doctor before trying any new exercise methods when you’re pregnant.

Can men follow these programs as well?

While our workout programs were specifically designed for women, it’s totally fine for men to follow them as well.

What can I expect from the workouts?

Designed to get you results, our workouts are broken up into 30 Day Challenges. They can be done anywhere, anytime and cater to women of all fitness levels - with 3 levels of difficulty on ALL programs; Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.
Our workouts are simple in their nature, so they’re easy to follow and understand, but they are designed to get your heart rate up and get you moving! So don’t get too comfortable, because as you progress through the challenges, we will challenge YOU to push yourself and become the best version of yourself! 

How long do the workouts take?

This will vary depending on what type of workout you’re doing and what level you’re on. However, our workouts were designed to be quick, so they should take you anywhere between 15-25 minutes.

What types of workouts are included in Flat Tummy Lifestyle?

Our workouts are simple, effective and time-efficient. We know that getting to the gym and spending 1.5 hours there can be a hassle. And buying all the extra equipment can get expensive. That’s why we created workout plans that don’t require anything but YOU. Designed to be completed anytime, anywhere - our programs require no gym or equipment. So all you need - is yourself!

What if I don’t know how to do something?

Don’t worry, babe - we’ve got your back. All our workouts come with a video example AND a written description. So if you’re ever unsure how to do something, all you need to do is click on the workout and you’ll be able to watch a quick demo and you can read through the step by step written outline.

What equipment do I need?

Absolutely nothing, girl! Our workouts are completely equipment free!

Do I need a gym membership / access to a gym?

Nope, where you workout is completely up to you! If you want to work out in your gym, we’re not going to stop you - but our programs were designed for all women, so they could be completed anywhere, any time!

Can I still do the workouts if I’m a beginner?

Of course, girl! We designed our Flat Tummy Lifestyle app for all women. Not all of us have the same skill level, that’s why we made sure to include three levels of difficulty on ALL of our programs. You can choose from Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced!

How can I track my progress?

Everyone visualizes their progress differently, that’s why we thought it was important to give you options so you can choose how to best track your individual results. If you want to keep track of your progress, all you have to do is click on the ‘Progress’ icon (bottom middle icon) and from there you can either choose to track your journey by weight, or by progress pictures - or both! We believe in giving our women options. While your results aren’t defined by a number on a scale, for others it can be a very helpful means of keeping tabs on where they’re at! Everyone is different!

Nutrition

Will following a meal plan help me get the best results?

If you’re looking to get the most out of your fitness journey - we do recommend following our meal plan to ensure you’re fueling your body with the right things! Based on your ultimate goal (lose weight, maintain weight, gain weight) and the other information you provide us, we’ll then provide you with a customized meal plan that’s tailored to your personal goals. We’ll also provide you with all the nutritional information you might want to know for every meal; such as calories, carbs, fats, protein, cooking time AND how many servings you can get! We’re pretty proud to say that many of the meals included in our plans are designed to be shared between families or so that you’ve got killer leftovers for the next day.

How are the meal plans calculated?

Your personalized meal plan takes into account  your diet type and your ultimate fitness goal. From there, we take care of the rest! We offer Standard, Vegetarian and Vegan meal plans and have over 1000+ recipes that cater to other diet types such as Gluten Free, Paleo, Keto and Vegan!

What diet types does Flat Tummy Lifestyle cater for?

How do I post in the Babe Nation forum?

If you want to post in the Babe Nation forum, all you need to do is open your Flat Tummy Lifestyle App and click on the Community Icon down at the bottom (second from the right). From there, you create an account by typing in a username of your choice, and you’re in! Once you have a username, just make sure you’re on the Forum Tab of Babe Nation, and click on 'Write a post'!

How can I comment back to someone in the Babe Nation forum?

If you’re looking to comment back to someone on a particular forum topic, all you need to do is click on the post, and then click on the tab that says ‘reply.’ From there, you can type out your comment and hit post!

I’m having trouble downloading the Flat Tummy Lifestyle app.

Not to worry, babe! We’ll make sure you get it downloaded. First thing to do would be to close all your open apps (including the App Store / Google Play). Second of all, ensure that you’ve completed all the necessary updates on your phone. Then make sure you have sufficient space on your phone and you’re connected to the Internet. From there, you should be able to download our app with no problems.

What cards can I use to purchase my membership?

We process all payments through your Apple/Google Pay account - so whatever card you have attached to your account will reflect your payments.

I’d like to cancel my Flat Tummy App subscription.

iOS
To manage your subscriptions on Apple devices and turn off auto-renewal, head to your Apple Device Account Settings after the purchase has been made, and following these steps:

  • Go to Settings > iTunes & AppStore
  • Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen and select view Apple ID
  • Tap on the Subscriptions and elect the one you want to manage
  • Use the provided options to manage your subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial period, will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription to that publication.

Android
You can manage your subscriptions on Android devices and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Google Play Store after the purchase and following these steps:

  • On your Android phone, open the Google Play Store
  • Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account
  • Tap Menu Subscriptions
  • Select the subscription you want to cancel
  • Tap Cancel subscription
  • Follow the instructions
