Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with 3 super easy recipes you can toss together ahead of time or when you find yourself in a fight against the clock.
Make Ahead Overnight Oats:
One of our absolute fav breakfast recipes here at FTCo HQ! These are easy to meal prep for the week ahead and offer so many varieties, there’s no way you can go wrong! Check out some of the most popular flavor combos here below. Don’t be afraid to get creative and share your own fav overnight oats recipe!
What you’ll need:
- 16 Ounce Mason Jar
- Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- Skim Milk (can also substitute for your fav plant based milk)
Directions:
Add your oats, your milk, followed by a layer of your toppings of choice. Refrigerate overnight and serve cold. Easy peasy, right!?
Strawberries & Cream:
- ½ cup chopped strawberries
- ¼ cup vanilla yogurt (we like to use Greek for a little thicker option)
- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
Banana Bread:
- ½ banana chopped
- 1 teaspoons maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons pecans or walnuts
Pumpkin Spice:
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons pecans (or your fav nut!)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Peanut Butter and Jelly:
- 1 tablespoon strawberry jam (or just strawberries for a lower cal option)
- 1 tablespoons peanut butter
- ½ teaspoon chia seeds
- Optional: 2 tablespoons crushed peanuts
Apple Pie:
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup diced apples
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
No Bake Morning Protein Cookies:

This one couldn't be any easier, girls! This 3-step no bake recipe will have you excited for breakfast every morning. We’re finally giving you an excuse to eat cookies guilt-free and ones that will keep you feeling full until your next meal!
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-3 tablespoons chia seeds
- ¾ cup old fashioned rolled oats
- Optional: 1 medium sized banana or any nuts of your choice
Directions:
Place peanut butter, honey, and vanilla in a microwavable bowl and microwave on high for 20 seconds. Stir the mixture until well combined then add in the remaining ingredients. Finally, let cool in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and you’re ready to chow down!

You can use any wraps for these, though we do recommend whole wheat or gluten free for a healthier option. Simply spread or sprinkle each ingredient evenly in the middle of your wrap, roll it up and cover with tin foil to enjoy for breakfast the next morning. You can make a batch ahead of time and toss in the freezer for the week or whenever you are needing that on the go breakfast option.
Spice It Up:
- ¼-½ cups cooked rice
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (can substitute peanut butter as well)
- 1 pinch of Ginger
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 2-3 tablespoons chopped nuts of your choice (optional)
PB & Banana:
- ¼ cup cooked rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (melted)
- ½ banana
- 1-2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1-2 tablespoons chopped nuts of your choice (optional)
Fruit Roll Up:
- ¼ cup granola
- 1-2 tablespoons raspberry jam (can substitute for any flavor of jam you prefer)
- 2-3 oz plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
